Dawn Grove was once the highest security prison in the world, though as time went on they were exposed for a number of human rights abuses. Dawn Grove came close to closing down, before someone bought it and renovated it, turning it into the asylum that it is today. A place for those criminals deemed insane to serve their sentences and receive treatment for their afflictions, whether that treatment is well-known or completely experimental.
