Turns out Kevin applied for a job with Disney in Shanghai without telling us.
He got the job
I don't do distance but I won't let him give up a job at Disney!
Lin is going to try and move to Shanghai with him since her job here isn't exactly well paid and her resignation only needs to be 1 week
So we've agreed to break up
