In the city of Nariu there have been a few strange sightings. People that seem to have superpowers. That's impossible, right?
Here that's not the case. People that were once ordinary humans have managed to encounter a race of incorporeal aliens, most commonly referred to as Batteries, and through forming a bond have granted the Battery a human form and granting themselves access to the power within the Batteries.
All Batteries start out unbonded and therefore incorporeal and powerless. You will not gain your powers or a corporeal form until you bond and therefore can only interact with other Batteries until that point
