  1. Don't watch numbers. Try to limit yourself to once a day
  2. Don't spend all of your time on social media
  3. Try to learn a new skill. With quarantined many places are offering free courses on things like sign language
  4. Get a new hobby. You want to try drawing? Do it! You want to write a book? Do it!
  5. Eat good food. Trust me your body will thank you
  6. Drink warm water. Drinks with ice in can make you feel worse. Also warm drinks will soothe your throat and stop you from becoming paranoid and falsifying symptoms
  7. Keep in contact with people. Skype, discord, FaceTime! And actually talk to them if you can, not just texts and messages
