- Don't watch numbers. Try to limit yourself to once a day
- Don't spend all of your time on social media
- Try to learn a new skill. With quarantined many places are offering free courses on things like sign language
- Get a new hobby. You want to try drawing? Do it! You want to write a book? Do it!
- Eat good food. Trust me your body will thank you
- Drink warm water. Drinks with ice in can make you feel worse. Also warm drinks will soothe your throat and stop you from becoming paranoid and falsifying symptoms
- Keep in contact with people. Skype, discord, FaceTime! And actually talk to them if you can, not just texts and messages
