here's me spoon feeding you an au. vampire season seems to have quieted down some, so this is here to remind you that the premise is still trendy and thriving if done right. AND THIS ADMIN DOES THEM RIGHT.
- do not join if you're coming with your friends to only roleplay with your friends or just bite someone and be over with it. this is not your show. take your time to think about a person/vampire in this realm and how they fit in/what their capable of.
- the premise is simple but the au set up is one i've seen used only for mermaid au's before. there's a vampire realm, a human realm, and a midway: want to learn more? go read.
- literate. literate. literate. purple prose, prose, whatever. full sentences? we want you.
- vampires are only as creative as you make them: she set the rules for how vampires look, but how did you become one? was it voluntary or not? do you remember it? were you told the truth? do you still know who turned you? why are you still in the red gardens? are you there by choice?
- similarly, humans are only as diverse as you make them: what is your views on vampires? what informs that? does that view stay the same? who reenforces that view or breaks it down? how deeply do you believe in vampires? would you be willing to give vampires some leeway in certain situations and not others? why?
anyways... the questions continue. but you only receive answers when you explore it yourself.
