i always knew i was broken. i just never wanted to admit it. admitting it meant it was real. i wanted to live in my own reality where i could continue pretending everything would be alright.
but that reality is now a dream, now that this fact has come to light.
even a dream can be a reality. there is no difference to the person experiencing it.
to the boy who grew up too fast.
to the man who held onto hope until the end.
to the girl who just wanted to be alright.
to the father who loved his child.
to the woman with unwavering faith.
and to the fighter who didn't know how to stop fighting.
the light will come, sooner or later.
