im back!
sorry to anyone i haven't replied to because the Internet has been down.
but i think a day away from me is a relief to anyone.
anyways, my coach has allowed me to run, but i've been last every time.
but, i know why now besides just my foot.
the slowest guy on the male team goes slow and walks when no one can see him so he can save his energy and pass me at the end.
i typically am ahead of him until the end when he uses what he's saved up to beat me.
at least i don't freaking walk.
i should have yelled at him for it.
anyways, my foot is doing better because i have been icing it and i now have inserts in my shoe to support my feet.
during the second run is typically when my feet start hurting but today, we didn't do a second run.
instead, we did Kill Hill.
Kill Hill is a 200m hill that slowly inclines and omg it freaking i hated it.
going down the hills is the part that hurts my foot the most by how i land on it.
but, besides that, my foot is doing a lot better. ^^
tomorrow, since the assistant coach (my sister's boyfriend) won't be here, we're doing an easy day at the school.
but, since our cross country team is really small compared to the other schools, i thought of a really good name for our team.
"small d crew"
get it?
d = distance.
and we're small.
WHAT WERE YOU GUYS THINKING.
anyways, the coach said that if he can, we're getting shirts that say small d crew.
I CAN SEE IT NOW.
TO PUMP OURSELVES UP BEFORE A RACE: "WHO ARE WE" "SMALL D CREW"
the other schools will be so confused.
