001. use an iron skillet btw, it's just :chefs_kiss: put some chopped garlic, i like mine thinly sliced cuz phew garlic breath.
002. some bacon or chorizo (i use beef bacon stfu you haram polices), chopped and cut. stirfry that first until medium cooked.
003. dump in your kimchi!!! that first sizzle is so y omg.
004. it's smelling so good already so add in some gochujang, some sugar, a kimchi liquid and stirfry till like idk 80% cooked?
005. put your rice in! and mix that well! cuz it's so ugli when that one (1) rice doesn't wanna join the kimchi joos party ya nkow?
006. add sesame oil and mix that well too.
007. ngl i like pressing mine down onto the pan and leaving it for a bit so the bottom gets crispy and slightly burnt.
008. oh yes. egg. sunny side up.
009. ref. to 008 > i like my eggs chinese style? like dump it into hot oil so the sides are hella cripsy! that CRONCH heavenly! <3 _ <3
010. toppings is honestly your oyster. i do sesame seeds and seaweed chips with mine for extra cronch. dont @ me, i love cronch.
