Who Works Out?

Okay so I am trying to turn my phat into muscle but tbh I don't really know how outside of going to the gym. And even then I am not quite sure what I should do for when I go.

Now I'm not trying to merely get toned into a "pretty body" I do want to get pretty built. I CAN GET BUILT I SWEAR. I used to be really muscular back when I rowed, but obviously I don't do that anymore. And I can't for the ing life of me find the rowing machines at my school.

So if anyone has tips on building muscle for the following:

Upper back (shoulders)

Biceps/triceps

Thighs+

That would be very helpful :D And maybe idk dieting tips for it? I am currently on a restricted diet of poultry and fish Monday-Fridays with reduction of my carb intake.

Once you’re on a good work out schedule, additional protein helps getting built. Calorie restrict is good but make sure it’s enough to fuel the workout with good foods. Veggies and stuff, things I don’t eat but I would if I wanted to build muscle. Healthy fats and stuff like avocados and nuts. Also things I don’t eat lol. But I took a nutrition 103 class in college. I know you like veggies so the more color/variety the better. Consistency is key though. And rest days. Recovery is just as important.

That’s all G’night lol

Okay here are some tips + exercises! This is so ing hard to explain, GOD

I'm assuming you'd be going to the gym (but if not, I suggest investing in dumbbells for at home and such). Not sure if they have the fly machine or lat machine, but you will want to do sit down flies. The exercises I have in mind is where basically you put your knee on the bench, have weights in one hand and just bring them up. Start off with lighter weights, but do a whole bunch of reps. Then I say the last rep, use heavier dumbbells (not enough to hurt yourself) but less reps. Push ups as well do ing wonders dude.

Love you saur much mwuah
