PLOT ONE

high fantasy, angst // mythological themes

A's kingdom has fallen. Alone and on the run from whatever fate may come to them at the hands of their conquerors, they find themselves stumbling upon the ruins of an ancient temple. In a last act of desperation, exhausted and distraught, they fall to their knees and pray for aid. in doing so, they summon B, an entity that has been slumbering for eons. 

 

PLOT TWO

mythological // high fantasy

A, the God/dess of Spring, seeks out B, the God/dess of the Underworld to escape a plot that would see them married to the messenger God... and in order to gain power for themself. Rather than being seen as a beautiful God/dess with the ability to make flowers bloom, they want to be seen for more than their looks. They want to be respected; they want to show the world what the Wrath of Spring can bring and what can blossom when they reach fruition. They ask B to marry them, and in doing so sets in motion a series of events that will lead to a war between the Gods. 

 

PLOT THREE

high fantasy, heavy angst // hanahaki themes

A and B are the parties in an arranged marriage between two kingdoms. A has feelings for B that they believe are unrequited; and one day, B stumbles upon A coughing up petals. A, put on the spot, lies about who they are in love with and B, who is also in love with A, must hide their heartbreak. Not long after that, B starts coughing up flower petals too, but resolves to keep it a secret from A. After all, they love someone else, and B would never want to put more weight on their shoulders. 

 

PLOT FOUR

supernatural // vampire au

A, a vampire with memory loss, encounters B, the vampire that turned them. Although they can't remember B, or what their connection to B is, they have the unshakeable feeling that they're connected somehow—though B does their best to avoid A, and A's questions, at all costs. Unfortunately, B's fledgeling will not be so easily dissuaded. 

 

PLOT FIVE 

abo, mafia // arranged marriage

A is the omega leader of a crime syndicate. B is the alpha child of a man who wants an alliance with A. With B practically offered to them on a silver platter, A agrees to consider a mutually beneficial marriage arrangement. They are of course wary of the arrangement and their proposed future husband, but find themselves growing fond of B—which is, of course, when one of A's rivals kidnaps the alpha.

 

PLOT SIX

light-hearted modern fantasy

A is a sorceror and their new neighbor B is a wizard. Unfortunately, B seems to have trouble controlling their magic, and their friends are often bringing B—more often than not in the form of a frog or a bird or a particularly distraught worm—to A so they can right whatever mishap has occurred to their neighbor. 

 

PLOT SEVEN

supernatural, angst // contains themes of character death

Over a century has passed since a group of young adults vanished, presumed murdered. The abandoned manor where they were last seen has been labeled haunted and avoided for decades, and some argue it is cursed—enter A, amateur thrillseeker and ghost hunter. Once they hear of the haunted manor in the middle of nowhere, it becomes all they can think of until they finally travel to the manor. Strange things begin happening, and they swear they keep seeing someone in the shadows and hearing laughter. Meanwhile, as the anniversary of the group's disappearance approaches, B—one of the unfortunate souls—tries their best to scare A away from the manor before they can share the fate of B and their friends. 

 

PLOT EIGHT

A high fantasy college au where A is a warrior head-over-heels for B, the warlock they keep accidentally sending to the infirmary through one mishap or another in true meet-ugly fashion. 

 

PLOT NINE

high fantasy, angst // soulmate au

In a world where you feel your soulmate's pain, and all of their wounds appear on your body, A and B are soldiers of rival kingdoms, fighting on opposing sides of a war. They meet for the first time when A stabs B and feels the same eruption of pain and the same blood seeping into their clothes. 

 

PLOT TEN // taken

A is a high profile prisoner of B's people. B is the medic or healer instructed to tend to A's wounds and ensure they don't die. B's morals, however, won't let them just do as they were instructed, and they decide to help A escape. 

 

PLOT ELEVEN

A is the sole heir to the throne and B is the assassin they've hired to murder their uncle, the king, and clear the path for their ascension. 

 

PLOT TWELVE // taken

A is a Mer that likes to collect shiny things and unfortunately for B, they're pretty enough that they count as a shiny thing. 

 

PLOT THIRTEEN

scifi fantasy // arranged marriage

Working on a starship was great until A's shuttle broke down on an unfamiliar planet and now they're betrothed to B, an alien prince/ss. 

 

PLOT FOURTEEN

action, angst // assassin au

At night, A and B are assassins raised by rival syndicates that have been trying to kill each other for years. During the daytime, they're roommates with a flirtationship. One day, the pieces of the puzzle begin to fall in place. 

 

PLOT FIFTEEN

high fantasy // abo themes

A, a female alpha, and B, a male omega, are both adventurers seeking to complete the same quest. After encountering each other time after time on the road, they decide to travel together and split the reward when the quest is finished. 

 

PLOT SIXTEEN

high fantasy // hidden identity

In order to keep A, their most trusted bodyguard, from being discovered by their enemies, young emperor/ess B has A masquerade as their favored lover, the most pampered of their harem. Little would anyone know that A is the most lethal person in the room at any given time, when they're curled up beside B and vying for their monarch's attention like a spoiled pet.
