Unlike the distant land of Solaria that claims the son and moon are estranged lovers, the kingdom of Soleluna has a differing view.
According to legend, there were once two siblings, Dalsun and Haeshik, who were pursued by a tiger that had devoured their mother. They prayed so hard to survive that a rope descended from the heavens and allowed the two to climb to safety, where they became the sun and the moon.
The king of Gamangnara - the kingdom of darkness - sought to pluck the Sun and the Moon from the sky for himself to bring light for his people. He sent his hounds, the Bulgae, to capture them. However, when the first Bulgae tried to bite the Sun, it was hot and the beast couldn't hold onto it. The second tried to claim the Moon, but it was too icy. The king didn't give up, though, and it is said that the lunar and solar eclipses are a sign that the dogs are back at it. The darkness is them biting at their heels, trying to steal the sun and the moon from the sky.
However, that isn't the whole story. After many failed attempts to capture the Sun and the Moon, the Bulgae realized that they would never succeed, but they couldn't go back to their greedy king with their tails tucked between their legs. They decided to stay beneath the Sun and the Moon's watchful gaze and protect them from the king. Solar and lunar eclipses are actually their attempt to hide the siblings from him by blanketing them in darkness. They passed this reverence down to their progeny (wolves), who grew up in the light and earned the sibling's blessing.

nine. a full hiatus is three weeks. please only take these if something comes up where you don’t think you will be able to log on at all. you must give an estimated return date, but may message the admin if there is any change to that. you will receive a message from the admin when your hiatus is up and you must reply within 24 hours or you will be removed from the roleplay. this is to prevent character hogging.
ten. three character limit. you may request a second immediately, but a third will need a total of 300 points collectively. more characters after that will be negotiated on a case by case basis.
eleven. once your first two weeks are up, you may have your character request a personal room. move in couples are discouraged, but not unwelcome. dating ban of one month and a mating ban of one month after your couple becomes official. take your time to build your relationships.
twelve. pregnancy is allowed. partners must group message an admin for approval (unless it is a pregnancy by an npc for single parent muses). however, we do not allow playable kid characters. like with mature content, talking about this in the general chat is discouraged. there will be a room for parents to discuss their pregnancy and experience child rearing with other like-minded wolves when the time comes.
