I would suggest eating light meals with small snacks in between.
But who am I to say that when I freaking shove food down my throat whenever I see it and I just keep losing weight. OTL
But, I suggest running milage too.
Start with a simple one or two miles, then push yourself up to two, then maybe three.
I'm doing, like, six miles now, but I would stick to one to three. x-x mainly because I hate running six miles

but what i usually do is just move around and get into more physical activities like running,walking etc.
i lose weight because of it e u e
but im quite a shikshin so i eat a lot too /slapped
but if i control my diet,i can lose the wight i need to xD
otl i should lose more weight o n o
