Members of the Tokki Turtle Town RP can either be residents or travellers/tourists. Tourists/travellers are people that stay in the Inn and residents are the people that stay in the TTTown apartments. To sign up for residency, post in Turtle Apartments or Tokki Apartments, the residency form is there! For tourists, just post in the Tokki Town Inn saying that you would like to stay in the inn~
Tourists are almost like residents, except they cannot own pets or go to school. But they can have part time jobs in town.
