Hyoyeon is a Nice and has a Humorous Personality.
Face it Daesung of Bigbang may not be great looking
But we Love him cause he is a great singer
I guess some fans these days only care for look?
Honestly, I think that Hyoyeon isn't really the prettiest in SNSD, but you can't beat her dancing skill. And her talent just says it all. 
I find her really beautiful inside and out. I think she’s pretty.
