What happened to RPR?

So ever since the school year started back in August, I have been disappearing for long amounts of te and returning for like a day, now that Im back for sure and joining/looking at RPs I noticed something...

Every rp has the same plot or creepily similar nowadays, most are matchmaking or school ones.

With one or two unique rp plots for every 20 boring ones.

Whats happened? Where are all the awesome plots? Where are all the unique ones?

What's happeningggg?

Every rp I see is . Not that I have a problem with it, it's just kinda...annoying.
Not to mention, the older rpers or those who have good plots are busier or the "kids" don't like it because it's "overly developed" or it's not 1st POV or just .

Then again, I get advertisements for RPs that aren't school based nor matchmaking. Probably because I'm not in my 1st POV RPs...

I used to be in quite a few rps, but my interest in many is starting to die down *sighs* but if you're interested I have an rp up that you might like ^^

Kids are running this site.
The older roleplayers have more developed and mature plots/ideas in mind, but because so many little ones like the simplistic fun first point of view and , those ones get inflated and the most love while the mature and complex ones get tuned out and die off and are removed.
