Did you ever wonder how is to feel the speed? To be in a car and drive as fast as you want without to care that the police can catch you? Well then you're in the right place! Welcome to Tokyo where you can race how much you want each night and when it's day to act like a normal person so the police can't find you. BUT! You have to remember that once you walk in this city you have to choose a group and never get out of it. There are 2 groups: Moon and Star. The Moon group is in the North and the Star group in the South. They don't hate each other but aren't friends either so if there is a race, never wait for the other one to help you because this won't happen. But each group likes to do things as a team so they help each other but not someone who's not in their group.
