Are My Characters Boring???

Just curious but are my characters boring? or dull? or just always the same no matter the situation? If so tell me because I feel that way........when I talk to other characters I always feel like I'm too boring or something, so it makes me easily forgetable...........then when someone doesn't replay back I feel annoying when I send a reply reminding them. I always feel like they didn't want to talk to me so now they are forced to and they are bored, blah blah blah.......I know my writing style is boring so if you guys have tips or anything then tell me please~
