So today in P.E we had to do the dreaded cooper test orz
So basically its a fitness test that measures CRE (cardio respiratory endurance)...which involves running...
You have to run as many laps as you can for 12 minutes without stopping.
KEEP IN MIND I CAN'T RUN TO SAVE MYSELF OF ALL THE SPORTS IN THE WORLD OTL. By the end you can't feel your legs I'm not even exaggerating. Oh and once you do the laps you times it by the amount of meters 1 lap has and that's your score. I got 13.6 laps but it still needs changed into meters. Idk if it's good or bad...but I know it wasn't the lowest at least. AND HOW DO YOU EVEN MANAGE TO GET A STITCH IN YOUR SHOULDER ANYWAY? Yes I'm unfit orz. On the bright side, that was the last time I will ever have to do that because I'm not choosing P.E as a subject for next year hurhurhur...orz
