i feel so alone.....

I need you but u cant be here... Truth is...ive been suffering HORRIBLE internal pain for almost a week now and it seems to be getting worse My parents are of course no help while i lay back and spill tears of pain.. I just need something to make this at least a little easier But my girl is gone due to internet problems,probably my best friend here is focused on their problems so much that mine are uncared for,a different close friend is away due to family problems and time zone issues.... I feel so abandoned TT-TT
