I am WAY to over weight. i have tried b4 but failed. i'm gonna try running starting monday and take step arobics starting fall but i need more. help me please guys

Or you could hit up the gym with a friend of yours to exercise with

Dont eat anything like rice at night
eat full breakfast
and normal amount of lunch
and little dinner
you can sleep easier as well
and in between the meals stick with an apple or two
or coffee/tea (without sugar)

Mm.. I guess stay away from the bad foods and do some daily exercises and also try to portion your food, depending how you eat and all
