So as of late I'm beginning to notice that my social anxiety is...creeping up on me again.

It's been improving I thought: Last year I had no problems with it really but now whenever I talk or say something I always worry if what I said sounded offensive, rude, impolite, stupid etc etc. With family members its no problem of course or with close friends/aquaintences: But if I'm trying to interract with a new person it's rather nerve wracking for me. Not to the point I can't speak but more so when I stutter constantly and get very nervous around the person.

My head begins to hurt and I sometimes feel dizzy even trying to get things sorted out. Especially in crowded places.

I know this is a roleplaying site and all but out of curiosity if some of you have this how do you handle your nerves or nerve wracking situations?

Please and thank you.

What you can do is, when you're in a crowd, just step to one side and watch people for a little while. Get used to the idea of there being so many people.
Taking some deep breaths and just setting back from the situation helps too.
Chances are, people will sort of forget first impressions, so just take things slow.
And it doesn't hurt to tell them if you'r ea bit uncomfortable?

Ya just need to breath, kiddo.
