Oversaturated, low quality and noisy, font doesn't match (but i'm a font newb so idk), the fog is too "white" you should opt to make it a lower opacity and overlap, the blue and pink clash with that tone.

perhaps you could put the fog under the words though?
the "SHADOW" is hidden by the fog
the fog is a great effect but always put your text over it
otherwise it's brilliant
