Anyone?

Okay so I have this idea, since I'm off with exams for now, I decided to open some rp, actually I'd try to open since it's my first time doing it and I need someone to help me, who's active and good at coding.

i don't really want to write personal messages and ask you guys for it, because I know few of you are amazing at it, but I have an idea and if you like it, then we can do it together.

so it would be nice is there would be like 3 people along with me (more is possible)

i was inspired by the abandoned psychiatric hospital in Korea and I was thinking about the same concept.

so there wouldn't be just mentally ill or doctors, you can be a citizen too and freely plot with everyone.

also, I was wondering what type of rp it should be... only? I know it's easier for some of my friends out there. Or maybe bi and then we can allow girls too? 

Also, the rp would be pretty detailed so we'd ask in the apply form for really short presentation of Pov roleplayer use. (Most of you know that one lines kills me that's why it's for better.) 

also, I expect from admins to be detailed as well, because I know some people on my friends list as not as detailed as I wish them to be. That's why only detailed rprs.

also, preferably so all of the admins would be from different time zones, so we could make rp going when one of us is resting. And please, if you'd like to be an admin, I do expect you to have some free time, okay?
