Yeah I know... I just posted an idea a while ago but this one isn't as long or compicated. Basically this idea is based off the kdrama Doctor Stranger... But only the theme and whatnot. It's not really a plot idea but the main idea is the doctor and medical theme. 
So I was thinking... Maybe we can do something where the main male character is a highly intelligent doctor/surgeon who was trained in North Korea by the top and very famous surgeon who was his father. He escapes this horrible doctor asylum where he wa trapped and goes to South Korea where he gets an offer to be a doctor at a pretty famous hospital. He's still being followed and threatened to be captured and brought back. The female lead could again be whoever you want... If you've seen the drama, then you could base her off Jae Hee, Hoon's first love who waa taken away from him at the camps and supposedly "killed" but reappears as a doctor at the famous hospital but she's actually working for North Korea and sort of became a spy and whatnot. Or you could play Dr. Oh, the "quack" doctor who is in a relationship with the head doctor but isn't the happiest. She starts to have feelings for Hoon but she sort of has to hide it since her father wants her to get engaged with the other man. But basically she's a doctor who isn't the best doctor but still really important because of her father who is the head of the hospital. But she wishes to be a great doctor by her talents, not because of her father. But if you'd like, you don't have to base the female lead off any of the actual actresses... You can be whoever you'd like~ I don't have the exact plot yet but we can always come up with it together c:
