For those of you who've watched Ghost Adventures or any other paranormal show, you've most likely seen the EVP specialists Mark and Debby Constantino present on the show....
But tragically last night, everyone was in great shock and deep sadness when one of Debby's friends posted that Mark had strangled her to death and killed himself shortly after. Although I didn't know her personally, the tears did not stop for some time. We were all stupefied on Twitter last night about it. I thought it was a sick joke someone did (since some people are a-holes enough to do that) but tragically it's true.
Even if you may not believe nor heard of them, thoughts for her family and friends, even Marks would be greatly appreciated.
This also goes on the topic of domestic abuse: I know it may be frightening to do, but if you or someone you know is being abused by a spouse or anyone for that matter don't wait the situation out. Please tell someone. There ARE people who care enough to help and aid you.
