Because everyone wants to be spoiled and coddled without having to reciprocate. Like why there's always so many straight females. People don't want the responsibility that the stigma of a 'dominant' role has. It's sad... Because in society, no relationship is so black and white... Makes things boring and predictable, but I agree with most of those below me.

Hmmm....you know I'm not really sure. But I do know for a fact like someone else said that some people view certain artists or people as more 'submissive'. And some people seem to think that in a boyxboy relationship there always has to be a submissive or a dom when that's not true at all, that's just a trope they're following.

I'm going to be honest and say that my characters are typically the 'sub' however I will try to dom with someone if they really want my character to do so.

I remember when I first got here I wrote as a submissive for a bit of a time as I wasn't comfortable with my writing style at all. So I would pick the ones who I thought were submissive. Now, I'm writing mostly dominants as I base it on their personality but sometimes I like writing switches as well.

Because most people are s here and or young girls romantizing boy love yet don't do the proper investigation on what to do. So they just become the equivalent of a couch that their dom. Humps.

Personally my characters are mostly panual and dominating in personality. 75% of my men are tops. 20% are switches or power bottoms and the last 5% are maybe all gay and submissive. But even as subs, they do take initiative from time to time. Granted I don't play them with anyone due to the lack of tops and my personal preference of playing dom characters.

There kind of is. People seem to prefer being subs more than being doms. There also seems to be set characters that are always subs or always doms. [ex. jonghyun always being a dom and Key always being a sub] It kind of makes roleplaying a bit hard especially when those who rp as doms want to switch it up and be a sub. Personally, I'm usually a switch, but in the end am more of a dom because of the amount of sub only people.

Hm.. In my opinion, sometimes people don't really want to be the one that writes their part of being Dom if you get what I mean.
I mean, I'm a switch but I usually top, but I want to bottom. And that's basically because when you top, you tend to write more than subs which makes it easier for the subs.
If I didn't answer your question or have a ridiculous answer than I'm sorry ^^"
