So I've got a new device AGAIN and I can't log in AGAIN

Despite having confirmed my phone number...

Despite having entered the same email, ID or whatever it asked of me...

DO I REALLY HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN????

You shouldnt have to start over. I got a kakao talk on a phone i once had and recently got a new one. I was still able to login with my original account. I suggest you uninstall the app and reinstall it. What does the message/error say when you try to login?

Sadly you have to start over, it's happened to me in the past several times
