The smell of alcohol triggers the alarms in my brain; it screamed danger and trouble. It resonated through the halls of my senses, "poison!" they all panicked. Yet my lips tasted the poison, soon my body craved for more. It burned my insides, and it spread like wildfire through the, once, green pastures of my system. Euphoria hugged me tightly; unbeknownst that it was its way of saying goodbye, because it knew, I'd face death without dying.
