Is it me or does it seem like when I rp someone that's less known or unfamiliar I get ignored completely?

Why must that be?

I've seen this with others to like why? Doesn't that give you more of a reason to talk to that person cause you don't know them?

Honestly I often try to rp as an original character so that I can create the character completely and just give them a face claim

because there's no muse for that person probably
everyone's unfamiliar with their face and personality and it's hard to think of a plot they can be good in
