one idea is Person A and personal B or actually high school sweet hearts but person A is actually the head of the worst mafia boss in all of Asia and person B knows but doesn't care and supports person A and keeps them sane and happy and calm. Person A inherited the mafia from his father since it's a family business. Person B is going to college for fashion and culinary arts but also has a few minors as well.

 The other plot is high school. Person A is the rich school kingka that everyone wants. Person B is person A childhood best friend and is also rich but no one knows because even though she is beautiful person B is a nerd so person B is picked on. But both A and B live next door to each other and have a crush on each other. They don't know that they are promised to each other since their families are best friends and are going to start working together

 Another mafia idea I have is still relatively the same but instead of high school sweet hearts A has a son from his ex girlfriend who wanted nothing to do with the kid and A took the kid because he fell in love with the kid as soon as it was born. B works in a bakery that A goes to alot and the kid takes a liking to B since B loves kids and spoils them when they came in. A knows that Big can't be bad and may the the one

Another one have is based off a story I'm writing that is mafia is where the girl grew up in the mafia life because her family is the biggest mafia in korea and Japan and Europe and is an old mafia since it was started three generations ago. She was sent to America for six years to keep her safe and to have a 'normal life'but whenever she came to visit she also caused trouble with her gang. She comes back to Korea for her senior year of high school and the guy sees her one night when he is out on patrol with her gang and instant falls for her. He finds out the youngest of his gang goes to school with her and tries to use it to his advantage even though he'll be a big dork.
 (I was thinking for the last one the guy is older than her by a few years and is the son of the biggest and oldest mafia in China,the Philippines and Thailand and the two mafia so are actually allies but they don't know until later )
