I'm thinking of doing a bomb cookery, a cantonese roast duck basically. 

Now, what's worse

A whole, head-on duck

Or

A whole, headless duck, but the neck is intact?

 

Also what's your favorite meat?

Ermm well, couldn't you take off both the head and neck? Aaannd fav meat is probably haddock or cod :)
