Like mostly the reason is that they read but then got busy or whatever that they forgot to reply.
There's only one basic rule for those kind of people.
Only open and read the reply when you have time so that you wont forget to reply. Its as simple as that really.
I know I have done it, but it has never been maliciously or on purpose. I'm just sometimes a real ditz and I read the reply somewhere and forget to answer .___.
That's a ridiculously common occurence. I do it and have it done to me all the time. Then after a week, I'll message and ask what happened and... NOTHING. Not that it's surprising, but yeah. It happens.
i remember once when I was plotting with someone and we were both really excited, and we were basically finished done with the elaborate arrangements and everything. And then I asked them whether they'd like me to start or if they'd rather it be them. And they read the message and never responded and I was like oka yy y yy yy y y yy
