Okay. May 13th, today... Prom night... Holy I'm nervous. I hope I look good enough! ^^ It starts in eight hours and I'm taking my best friend, who is a sophomore. Her mom is making things hard for me though. She thought I was gay for wanting to take my best friend to prom. People do it all the time! However, that isn't stopping me from taking her. She has her dress and I have her ticket and I can't get refunded for it. So damn straight she's going. (see what I did there? Because I'm straight af.) Her mom is old school and thinks girls need to go with guys. No. It doesn't have to be that way. And I will have fun with my best friend and no illogical reason will stop me from doing that. So I hope it goes well. And post-prom will be a blast. Though I don't know the theme yet. Our Prom theme is 'Through the Looking Glass'. So it should be fun! ^^
