how can you shut your brain down ? anyone knows ? :))

do u have those days where u really want to lay on the bed and go to sleep , but your brain goes from 
ok let's sleep to ... one sheep, two sheeps , three sheeps , one cow old Mc'Donald had a far heeey makarena :))))
that's me sometimes
but now i'm just in bed doing nothing trying to get some sleep and i end up singing G-Eazy & Kehlani - Good Life :))))) like such a random song , i've heard it only once and now i'm singing it all the time, it's stuck inside my head lol
