It's totally not racist just a preference

It's not racist since I'm pretty sure she doesn't have anything against African Americans, she has her own preference and she has different thing she find attractive in men, and as long as she doesn't ignore them or not give them a chance just because they're black, she'll be good

I think its not racist but it's kind of side eye worthy. Because your friend hasn't seen every black man in the world, like the only thing they all have in common is that they're black. And saying that she doesn't want to date black men is more than just a lack of attraction is basically saying because they are black she won't date them, regardless of personality, looks, charm, values. Like basically dismissing a bunch of people because of their race.

But some of these comments got my eyes lost, they're rolling so hard.

Nah of course its not, the definition of 'racist' is being saying something horrible about them or to them and their culture, the word racist is over used too much these days hahaha its stupid, you can't call anything black, yellow or what ever >.< but anyway, no~
I'm the same, i'm white and abribic and black ethnicity just dont do it for me *shrug* you can't help who you are attracted to or not haha

I'm black and I'm the same way when it comes to dating. I chose not to date in my race. I find Asians attractive but I'm currently dating a Mexican guy. It's funny how life turns out... But anyways to answer the question no it's not weird or racist to not find African American men attractive to date.

I just... Don't find them that attractive most of the time, and though I usually look past physical looks and date more for personality, I haven't found any black people with a personality that goes well with mine.
But no, it's not racist (Even if my dad says it is XD). It's just a matter of preference.

I mean it's a bit weird just because most races date within their race but if its just attraction I don't think it's weird lol I am black myself. I think the only time preferences get racist is when people put down other races or they let someone's race stop them from dating them if hey like their personality. I am not that attracted to white guys but if I have a friend that I like and they happen to be white it doesnt mean I'm not gonna give them a chance lol.
