Dumb phone story about RPR

Ok. So I joined RPR, right? Obviously. So everytime I apply as a damn character and get in, IT DOESN'T LET ME EDIT THE ING CHARACTER. All it lets me do is make the birthdate and where they are from. I can't even edit my own ing profile, like WHAT. Really? Phone I love you but please... Stupid phone. I love you. Only sometimes. >.>
