Rebarbative, strong willed, headstrong, opinionated, blunt and sarcastic would be the words that humans would use to describe Hongki. And they wouldn’t be wrong, but that’s not all that he is. Disowned Vocaloid, after being mistreated by his maker, Hongki became “dark”. He has a hatred for humans of all kind, even if they are the reason he exists. He is judgmental of everyone he meets even more of other vocaloids that have a master. He doesn’t understand the need that other vocaloids might have to be owned. To him, being owned signifies being a slave, without the right to voice your opinions, your feelings, your needs. Being owned means death to him. Don’t try to change him, you probably never will be able to do so.
