Land and house is pricey alone. They would eventually sell their old house but being the eldest, He wanted to pay off the debt as quickly as he can. Once reaching college he had so much pressure on him. To pursue an ideal course or continue doing music. He ended up with something he didn't love but he didnt hate either, he took on Business Management, though that didnt stop him from performing in cafes or bars with his band to earn a little. He thought, he was already a barista- adding experience to those types of service might get him the upper hand. Also the fact that he performed in cafes , then why not own one? Make a franchise and let it grow into his own business? He may not be a doctor or lawyer, but business is a large word.
