Jisoo's early life had always been revolved around silence. Whether that's from his neglectful mother always leaving him alone or telling him to shut up constantly, he doesn't know. He faintly remembers the sounds of his father's footsteps leaving their house before he never saw him again. Jisoo can recount numerous times when his seven-year old self would turn on the television and see mothers and fathers who adored their child; dreaming of parents who would dote on him the same.
His first encounter with Simon is one he knows he probably can never tell to anyone less he wants to get arrested. It's a bit odd (and morbid), he recalls how he found out the recent diet of the aquarium's whale and when he looked over at the waters, he saw a man dumping a black body bag in the water. Somehow after that, they became friends and now live in the same house with Sunyoung, Lily, and Jiyeon with her child.
