Despite how calm and unassuming Donghae appears, his dark past is well known amongst the 'Insane Vampires'. It has taken him a lengthy time to learn to control his savage bloodlust, or to even want to, for that matter. He's often haunted by the lives he's taken, families and loved ones whose hearts he has destroyed; however, Donghae is able to show more compassion than many vampires ever experience. As such, many vamps claim he's gone 'soft' and frequently enjoy taunting him. However, he's not yet 'sober', as he displays great difficulty lingering around humans for too long, and will come to crave for their blood almost monstrously. Beware his stiff, hesitating actions, and his need to be alone most often. He has had periods where he's blacked out and pounced.
