█ The Story behind the Man

Nobody knows where Nayati was born, not even himself. There are no records of a birthday, of possible family, or how he ended up in Congo. When he first was spotted by a human being, he was a kid, behaving like and playing with lion cubs. However, even though Nayati was raised by a lion mother, he left the pride with his brethren to find one of his own. Of course, he always understood he was different than the animals he lived with, but because he never came across other humans, and because he learnt to solely live by his instincts, he never questioned his heritage. Right after leaving his pride, he joined a group of Elephants on their journey. It lead him into the depths of the jungle, where he left them to live with a wounded panther. At an estimated age of 23, Nayati was found by a group of natives, who took not only him in, but also his Panther. He learnt their tongue, and they helped him tending the panther. He lived with them for four years, until Calv Laboratory's Explorers found him. He wasn't given a choice when they captured him, and flew him to Canada. He left his Panther behind, worried he might not survive the cold. The weather change was hard on Nayati, but his body adapted very quick. For five years he has been living in the Labs now, and is therefore the first 'Wild One' they captured. He has a strong bond with all animals and Hybrids in the faculty, and is keen on finding a way out and back to Congo. 

█ Personality

Nayati is very observant of his surroundings, and has found himself to be a better actor than he would have ever thought to become. He is very well socialized and liked in the faculty, knows how to get people to talk to him. He's very charming and gets almost everybody to tell him their secrets. He, himself, however, is very secretive. He doesn't trust people easily, but knows how to play them to make them trust him. When it comes to the hybrids, Nayati is one of the few people who is let in their cages, who gets the higher ups to take them out in the wild under his watch, and who is trusted with the new plans for crossings; even though he has no knowledge about it whatsoever. Nayati is good at adapting to new people and surroundings, is a loyal companion to his beloved ones, and very open minded. One of his greatest weaknesses, which he regards as a strength, however, is his obstinancy. Whenever he wants something, he gets it- no matter the consequences.
