Living as apart of a clan is seen as a pariah is hard. It's even harder when not even the clan members fully accept you, Jisoo was the result of his mother, a human, being and fed on by a vampire from the shiolmea clan. Something went wrong and the vampire died in the middle, but he has already given enough of his seen to his mother that she was pregnant. Being born where there was no such thing as abortions, his mother carried him and gave birth, dying just a few short years later from how she was from giving birth. He grew up faster than what should have been normal. Thus, the people of his village treated him as a pariah, running him out into the mountains where he was eventually found by another vampire clan. Members of the Orlean clan took care of him and taught him how to be a vampire, even though he was different from them. 

When he matured, he realized that once a month, he would get this... this craving, this hunger that would consume him. That was how he found out what clan the vampire who sired him was from. The shame he felt was immense, thus, resulting in him running away from the clan that had become his family for all intents and purposes. For his hunger, he knew he wouldn't be able to control it if he starved himself so he would find people to feed from, bad people so he wouldn't feel too too bad. That was how he managed to live and how he is still living to this day.
