she doesn't expect much in life, she never expected much because she was already satisfied with the bare minimum. her father has big dreams, always talks about escaping that suffocating smithery and returning to his former glory. seulgi doesn't understand his delusions, she never did. she always believed that there was a reason to everything, that life followed an erratic rhythm, but a rhythm nonetheless. thus, there must have been something that must've caused her father to be removed of his noble family registry. people say that he fell in love with a human, that the human was probably seulgi's birth mother - but seulgi pays no mind to those rumors. she probably wouldn't care even if they were true. just like she wouldn't care if her neighbor's house was destroyed by a collapsed tree - good riddance.
her father raised her by himself, so she bears a great amount of internal care and affection for him. his safety comes first, but she has problems expressing her emotions. it doesn't help that her father often tends to put himself in dangerous situations, is a bit clumsy, and a ghost of his noble past. whereas seulgi's outwardly responsible and levelheaded. she helps out her father with his shop, and has become his formal apprentice in the past few years.
the shop sells various handmade crafts that range from cooking tools to simple hunting weapons. on special requests, there may be instances where an inner ring vampire asks for special weapons or tools. the products are rather intricate, and recently, customers have been praising seulgi for making both beautiful and good quality tools.
seulgi's talented in many things including craftwork, metalwork, and calligraphy. she tends to be hyperfocused when she's making things but is generally a person of little words. she's calm, responsible, mature - a foil of her quirky father. but she also represses her emotions in order to make sure the people around her don't worry too much. and there are times where the stoic exterior cracks to a beautiful mess of haphazard emotions.
