A "tragic" accident left seokjin orphaned and penniless. the blood soaked knife and collateral drops of blood painted the white canvas of his graphic tee. the years of plotting and coveted secrets allowed for the teenager to appear celestial in front of the authorities and get away with the crime.
Forced into a life on the street by his own hand, seokjin became a makeshift tattoo apprentice, spending his days on the couch of a tattoo artist and watching her craft gorgeous displays on the ivory canvas of each client that walked through the door. curious, seokjin even managed to persuade her into giving him a rose on his wrist as a reminder of his past sins. picking up the trade himself, seokjin followed in his the footsteps of his teacher and trained himself in the art of tattooing. however, one stressful day and a horrible tattoo on the wrong client left seokjin terrified for his life. "You're going to regret this..." the client hissed at seokjin before lifting up his sleeve and revealing a small red triangle tattoo that was obviously years old. Little did he know, this tattoo was later explained to be the signature mark of the most powerful gang in the entire area, and that just happened to be the boss.
when evidence began to pile against seokjin pertaining to the brutal muder of his parents, assumedly by the hands of the gang, seokjin panicked and fled his life to "incognito", the witness protection program where he was more of the suspect rather than a witness.
nevertheless, seokjin simply became "jin" and found himself a completely new person. living an entirely new life wasn't the most comfortable position to be in, but it was most certainly more appealing than being surrounded in a pool of blood with multiple gunshot wounds plastered along his chest cavity.
the learning curve associated with being forced into his new occupation as the lead accountant for a company that has almost monopolized the market was significant to put it lightly. nevertheless, jin rose to the occasion and now finds himself living a lavish lifestyle in the lap of luxury with his newly obtained dachshund, luna.
