he's an heir, a burgeoning youth who curtails his glistening roots with a searing passion. to most, he seems ungrateful--- a stubborn kid who can't fish an ounce of gratitude for the blessings of his own wealth. more than anything, he casts an air of embittered discomfort. unlike most children of the disgustingly wealthy, jeongguk doesn't seem to glean any satisfaction in waving around his riches. he's young and ultimately very capable, leaving him disjointed at the thought of merely sitting back and letting things float to his fingertips. he's the embodiment of curiosity and ambition, not once allowing his childhood ailments to set him back. a lithe musculature and features carved of apollo, one would never really guess that his immune system is so vulnerable. he blames his upbringing, the lack of exposure that other children usually have. in all, it's only made him determined... a spit-fire youth emboldened with the need to know... to venture. he's the type to seek his own thrills, even at the expense of the 'victims' in the facility, as his boredom wars for priority along with responsibility. Cunning and sardonic, jeongguk may sometimes enrapture inquiry from those around him... but it's best not to bother. he's yet to stray from the vague, 'safe' answers in regards to his childhood. in his eyes, no one needs to know... extraneous details, like birthdate and favorite colour, aren't needed to file a paycheck.
Hi there! honestly, you can call me viv ooc or just my charrie's name. i'm a busy new grad with barely enough time as it is (i'm an admin tho so ofc). name's jeon. jeon jeongguk, but no one ever really sticks around to hear the rest. here, i only get one of two reactions when i dish who i am: abject horror or fake sweet-tooth grins. i'll let you know now, i'm not fazed by either.
my father owns this place, if you haven't guessed... along with a thread of other up-and-coming facilities in the works. all of them related to 'people' and how they work and how we can help them. , like psych evaluation centers and social work type of deals. this is the first one we've got where we're actually housing people and it's safe to say he's pretty pumped about it. even leaves me to run the place in his stead when he's not aroun, which is becoming more and more frequent these days...
lemme go ahead and get one thing straight though. if you're looking for some soft-eyed, rosy-cheeked benefactor spewing some bull about the adaptability in humanity, you've got the wrong jeon. i do what i do because i'm told to do it, and in the case that i don't, my is sliced and diced for hors d'oeuvres. it's not that i'm afraid of getting cut off... honestly, i don't give a damn about my dad's bank statements. but i don't like the thought of kicking it to the streets without a fallback plan. my days here are numbered, i'll tell you that much, but i'll play by his rules a little longer.

as for... my past? i don't ing know, i grew up wealthy with two dogs and more nannies than baby teeth. been sheltered a good half of my life, so that's where things like childhood asthma came in. but i guess i've got the beauty of social expectation to thank for growing out of that. in any case, i can't say i've ever let that stop me. this is my life, after all. you get knocked down by a few setbacks and you use the momentum to reel in a stinger like one punch man.
