I am very approachable so please feel free, I have a GMT or -5 but I am sometimes busy so I'm sorry if I become late in my reply, feel free to poke me. I prefer to plot and use rooms because that's what they are there for. I can roleplay in both POVs but I prefer 3rd and if not detailed 1st is fine too. I usually have a semi-para and para length but I tend to mirror in length as well, so keep that in mind. BACKGROUND
Kim Myungsoo had been only a child when his parents had been ruthlessly murdered before his own eyes, causing his powers to go out of control and destoryed the ares around him with the use of his magic and fire. It was an extremly traumatizing experience that had left him an orphan during his tender teenage years. He grew up desiring the knowledge to be able to protect those he cared about when he had previously failed, even if he was young. Throughout his life, he was distant and remained on his own, amusing himself with discovering new things about his power and reading anything he could get his hands on. He enjoys drawing and cooking, hobbies that grant him silence and the solitude he desires.
Myungsoo has been around for longer than you think, with knowledge slowly gathering over the years. He isn't like your typical warlock, sure he is usually neutral and level headed but he has one hell of a temper if you anger him enough. His magical powers are stronger than your normal warlock due to his knowledge, all of his years of training and never has he ever stopped training. He likes being prepared for the worst and training is the best way to do so; a different trait for a warlock. His other powers include pyrokinesis (manipulation of fire/heat), illusions (manipulation of illusions affecting all five senses) and clairvoyance (ability to gain information about a person/object/event through other means besides eyesight). Myungsoo tries to limit the use of his powers, but in cases like clairvoyance he can't help it, and does what he can to not let his emotions control his powers.
Myungsoo is very studious and quiet as a result since he likes being on his own. The few times that he does socialize, he is quiet but friendly and kind to others. In reality, his traumatic experience led to some odd personality differences to the point where he is extremely distrustful and unforgiving, but also ruthless to those who wrong him and generally impassive. He simply likes to appear otherwise, since his uncaring personality would cause people to withdraw from him, who could easily lead him to the truth behind his parents. Myungsoo doesn't mind getting his hands a little dirty and simply does what he has to, with a pretty smile on his face. His usually unsocial behavior led to him distancing himself and explains why he has never been in a relationship. However, just because he never makes attachements, it doesn't mean he hasn't messed around before with others physically or emotionally, in fact it's his favorite game to play.
