yoo jiae's story started when she was born at the yuriev institute as u.r.t.v unit 667, originally a conjoined twin with unit 666. they remained attached to each other until the 28th week where they were separated, and both gained their individual abilities as weapons.  the u.r.t.v's were born as a biological weapon to fight against the mysterious wave entity, u-do. as a child growing up in a facility where everything around her was controlled, she was full of fears and on edge at all times. she clung desperately to her conjoined twin at all times, relying on their support and guidance during her life. as one of the only u.r.t.v's that had variation, the other two being 666 and 669, she refused to see the countless of other u.r.t.v clones as real humans. normal u.r.t.v's all were cloned from the same genetic material, no variation in personality or appearance, but she, 666 and 669 were different. they were always different.

one day, 667 shot herself in the head with a mini handgun in the garden.   her head regenerated back onto her just fine, so she shot unit 663 in the head when they were annoying her.  that was when she found out.  when jiae found out 666 and 669 did not have the same regeneration powers as she, she cried. little jiae couldn't bear with the fact that one day she would be alone.  the mere thought of living forever without the two people she's been with since her birth devastated her, and caused her to be even more sad and scared than she originally was.    it eventually lead to her to become mentally unstable.

suddenly she became obsessed with the concept of life and death, the knowledge that most life ended eventually. she practiced digging graves in the gardens at the institute, reasoning that so when the day came when her siblings, 666 and 669 really died, she wouldn't cry.

years later, she was finally sent into combat during the militian conflict, and during the time where she and the other clones were using their link to connect with u-do, it broke.  every single u.r.t.v relied on that link, and they all followed 666 but they broke it on them. her twin, the one person she trusted the most let go of her.

"don't let go!  don't let go!"

she was never the same.

delirious from the sudden detachment of the connection, she was left behind on miltia, rampant with crazed machinery and collapsing buildings.  she was eventually rescued, and thus thrown into a series of adventures that tested her to her limits, brought havoc upon her mind, and she sunk deeper into her own insanity

it was then she turned into the white testament, one of the weavers of the eternal circle.  with this she was given unimaginable power.

and in the end, she still chose to try and save 666 and 669, even at the cost of her own life. however, 669 chose to take her place, sacrifice themselves, and jiae returned as one with 666 again, like it was in the beginning.

however she chose to leave.  and for whatever reason, she could.  that is how she ended up in this world.

around the public, she acts happy, uses her cute face to her advantage, and is generally misunderstood as a sweet girl, lady, woman, person just living her life normally among the citizens.  she's very charming and has a beautiful way with words, and is almsot seductive in the way she speaks.

when she's not trying to act like she belongs in society, she has very, peculiar mannerisms.  she can get lost in staring in one spot for a while, simply thinking.  jiae says very puzzling things at random intervals, confusing people around her immensely, and seems to lack a snes of personal safety.  the only word you could really use to describe how she acts when she's not around normal people is, weird.

as mentioned before, JIae's main ability is the power to regenerate lost limbs, making her essentially immortal.  as white testament, she dons a white cape, a pure white outfit, and a white mask which cloaks her entire face and hair, making it impossible to tell who she really is.  the white testament form allows her to access power from the eternal circle, making her very powerful, she even has the ability to transport herself and other things into different dimensions, essentially into the unknown.  this means she can manipulate space.

she is educated in a number of subjects, including but not limited to philosophy, science, language and religion. which is why if you talk to her for too long, you'll start to realize that she enjoys making references to different songs, literary works, and biblical times in what she says.

jiae's personality is confusing.  she's mentally unstable, living on the edge of insanity, she's angry and at the same time completely fine.  the way she speaks is eerily calm, but the words that come out of are scathing, to say the least. some times her words bring out disgust and a sickly sense in one's throat.  honestly, jiae's quite morbid. after the betrayal of twin, she descended into a state of further madness and loneliness. jiae thirsts and longs for suffering, not only of others, but she longs for her own punishment and suffering as well. as she has once entered the underworld before, she is unafraid of death and will boldly go into any dangerous situation. she is destructive in her actions, yet painfully elegant and eloquent with the way she speaks. the image of her face is one of painted perfection, a level smile, painfully kind eyes, and soft cheeks with a light blush that tempts all that approach her. she is the harsh winds at night, yet she exemplifies a pure angel.  she's temptation, she's manipulation, she's the softness of your sheets, she's the edge of a knife.

she has learned to put a mask in front of all of that though.  one could say that when she's dressed as white testament, her true personality gomes out, born from the days of living at yuriev's institute.  however when the mask is off, she's just like any other person.  she's deceptively sweet, kind, charming, and not to mention she was genetically engineered to look like an angel.

she's obsessed with the thought of death, the line between the dead and the living.  she's quite a character, someone that you can spend a long time with but still not be able to understand at all.

surprisingly, one could say that jiae's a lot less angry than she was in the past.  when she was younger, all she wanted was to be reunited with 666.  when she finally was, jiae now isn't quite as destructive, with one of her greatest wishes now fulfilled.

according to the personality test taken by all the u.r.t.v's cloned from the institute, she is of a type-8 personality.  brave, greatly self confident, coercive, and confrontational.

jiae also has a weird soft spot for smaller animals.  however, no one really knows why. they are some of the only things that she won't show any hostility towards.  maybe that's why in her efforts to blend in as a normal citizen, she chose to be a vet.
