Born in Anshan, Liaoning, China, Minghao was known as the "b-boy kid" in his neighbourhood. There was never not a time he drowned himself in his music, b-boying away on the streets outside of his apartment complex or on the playground. For six years, he learned and taught others how to b-boy, mastering the art. His mother saw potential in his dance, knowing very well that if he were to become a celebrity, he would be famous. At the age of seventeen, his mother made arrangements for Minghao to attend an audition in South Korea to become a trainee. Though Minghao wasn't too interested, he listened to his mother's wishes and moved to South Korea. In Seoul, Minghao hardly had anyone or anything to rely on. Sure, he made a few trainee friends, but the language barrier itself made it hard to communicate and really connect with them. He found himself recording videos of himself on camera, it was his only to not feel lonely, having something to talk to everyday at lunch, on his way to the studio, or at night when the apartment complex he stayed at was dead quiet. It was also through his new found hobby that he began vlogging, his new start as a youtuber.

Two years later, at the age of nineteen, Minghao is a known youtuber/vlogger who lives in South Korea. On camera, he appears to be relaxed, talkative, and funny. He speaks in a casual way towards his viewers, adding the occasional puns and jokes whenever he sees something that spikes the idea up. However, in person, he is rather shy, quiet most times and only speaks whenever he feels his voice needs to be heard or something needs to be said. For the most part, Minghao is friendly and easy to talk to once you get past the quiet and reserved side of him.
