Brianna is a potential mate for the luna in her pack except by her pack rules the alpha chooses his mate whether or not they are real mates or not. From the time she was little she's always shad a huge crush on Stephan. Luckily, Stephen's father decides to change up the game with Katherine and Stephen being mates. He makes a deal allowing to see each female in the Golden blood pack potential to be a vital mate before the alpha's son gets to choose. The Golden blood alpha allows Stephen's father to take one female back to his pack to live with the pack for a month until Stephen makes a final decision on who his mate really is. During the display of skills, Brianna bribes the other females into thinking that Stephen isn't becoming alpha and that he left to be a rouge and that they still have the potential to find him. After eliminate half of her competition, All Brianna had to do was fight against five opponents who she ultimately won against. Out of all the females, he chooses Brianna for her fighting skill since he feels that the luna should know how o fight as well in order to bring in stronger pups into the pack. Brianna is brought back to the Crimson fang pack where she is treated like a privileged princess since they believe she will be Stephen's mate and is a Beta. Stephen's Father begins teaching Brianna all there is about being a luna and gives her his special blessings of being Stephen's soon-to-be wife. Once Stephen and Katherine get back to the pack, Katherine is called back to Blue Moon to relinquish her position over with Teresa and Hannah. Stephen stays back with the pack with Matt and Toby to discuss what went down in the cave. (because there just being guys) Stephen's dad comes in and let's Stephen meet Brianna. Enraged, Stephen isn't that happy with Brianna having to stay at their home while Katherine is there. Katherine comes back and is ridiculed by Stephen's father and Brianna but Katherine being much stronger than them now that she's fully Stephen's mate doesn't seem bothered by it. Throughout the whole month Brianna stays she criticizes Katherine, takes Stephen from her and frames her to enrage Stephen's father.
