SCENARIO IDEAS:
001// MINA IS STANDING AT A BUS STOP AND ACCIDENTALLY DROPS HER 
LAST TOKEN DOWN IN THE WATER DRAIN! AS THE BUS NEARS, MINA STARTS TO PANIC, UNTIL B OFFERS TO PAY THEIR FARE. MINA SITS IN FRONT OF B AND TURNS AROUND IN HER SEAT TO STARE THEM DOWN UNTIL B TAKES OFF THEIR HEADPHONES AND MINA ASKS HOW SHE CAN REPAY B’S KINDNESS. “YOU CAN LEAVE ME ALONE,” IS B’S ANSWER, BUT MINA WON’T TAKE GRUMPY-PANTS’ ANSWER! 

 

002// MINA is grabbing a quick lunch before SHE haS to go back to work when SHE noticeS what looks like a badly matched date. B is in the midst of snapping a photo of their meal when their date sighs dramatically – “You’re one of those people!” – and storms out of the restaurant. MINA gives them a kind smile and says, “Don’t worry, I take a photo of every crème brûlée I eat.” 

 

003// A is sitting in a cafe trying to casually read their book, but is distracted by MINA’s loud phone conversation at the table over. MINA tells a joke over the phone, which makes A crack up unexpectedly – MINA looks over at A, annoyed that they were eavesdropping, but also appreciative that at least someone liked their joke! MINA hangs up and offers to tell A another.

 

004// A is buskING on a busy street. Occasionally people stop and listen, some walk by with a smile, others RECOGNIZE WHO THEY ARE AND STAND NEARBY TO RECORD. But MINA comes up and stands right in front of A and listens for the whole song, and claps for them after its over. MINA tosses in all the change SHE have on HER – a measly dime. A can’t help but notice and say, rather incredulously, “Really? A dime?” 

 

005// Welp, this is totally embarrassing. MINA is in the fitting room trying on clothes when the pair of jeans is too tight and gets stuck. B, WHO IS IN THE NEXT ROOM, knocks on the door to ask if everything’s alright, and MINA awkwardly asks if they can… um… help.
